We ship either with Deutsche Post or DHL, depending on the order total. Shipping to Austria is done with DPD. Both shipping methods are insured.
Delivery time within Germany is 7-9 business days. This can be extended by up to 3 business days depending on the season or situation. For EU shipping, we typically need 10-12 business days for delivery. Please note that we generally need 1-2 business days for processing before shipping.
